Unfortunately TC failed emissions testing today. Not cool to be un-green like this. I guess I still don't have the carb adjusted right. Tags expire at the end of the month.

At a minimum, leaning out the idle mix should help. The base mix may be too rich. Lowering the float or leaner jets may help but this same carb and engine did much better before I got ahold of it and changed the idle mix and power valve.
